The focus is on wireless networking. M&S is a critical element in the design, development, and test and evaluation (T&E) of any network product or solution.

Seamless Mobility is the ability for mobile users to roam over various network types such as 3G cellular, 4G, WiFi, and WiMAX technologies, using a single device while remaining connected at all times.  Currently, a typical handover from one network interface to another – if at all possible – may take seconds to complete.
