Many historical developments occurred in Telecommunications during recent centuries and it is important to provide a critical discussion of these technological events to the professional audience. From the inventions of the telephone and radio, through the development of television and of digital means of transmission of information - all these subjects need historical coverage and merit professional discussions.
The discussion among countries, regarding "The father of Radio" will be a challenging subject both for the Panel members who will represent different views, and for the audience participating in the discussion.
