All accepted papers, both those for oral and for poster presentations, must be prepared as indicated below and final camera ready versions must be uploaded to IEEE Conference eXpress site in order for them to be published in the proceedings.

CRITICAL: Failure to comply with all the required (*) elements will lead to the removal of the paper from the technical program and the conference record.

 It is important for all IEEE authors to recognize that plagiarism in any form, at any level, is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences.

*REVISE YOUR PAPER

*REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE

At least one author must register for the conference by Friday, August 15th noon (EST) as the presenter.

ComSoc policy states that all accepted IEEE GLOBECOM 2008 technical paper presenters must register at the FULL or LIMITED rate.

For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL or LIMITED registration is valid for up to three papers.

It is imperative, that the same author must upload the paper(s), review, and approve PDFs and submit copyright form. (Only one e-mail address can be identified to a registration code).

When you are done with the registration, you will be given a Registration Code, which will be needed to upload your paper in the following step. If you are registering by fax, please allow 3 working days to receive your Registration Code.

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE WITH ANYONE ELSE.

ALTHOUGH THE CODE ENABLES SUBMISSION OF UP TO THREE PAPERS, IT CAN BE USED
ONLY ONCE, BY YOU, TO CREATE ONE AUTHOR ACCOUNT FOR THESE SUBMISSIONS.

VISA INSTRUCTIONS AND ASSISTANCE
Do not delay in making VISA arrangements for entry into the United States if needed. Such arrangements are the responsibility of authors and other participants and may take up to a few months. You can obtain a visa assistance letter through EDAS.

*PAPER SUBMISSION

IEEE Conference eXpress Site will be open on Monday 30 June 2008. Your paper must
be received by Friday15 August 2008 (noon EDT) for it to be in the proceedings.

You will need the following to upload your source file.
      Conference ID: Use glo2008 for this conference.
      Your registration code: given after you completed your registration
      Your EDAS paper ID number (not your EDAS author account number)
      Your EDAS paper number begins with (15690)

*SUBMIT YOUR COPYRIGHT TRANSFER

After you upload your final paper and approve the PDF, a Submit Copyright link will appear in your IEEE eXpress account. This enables you to complete the IEEE e(electronic) Copyright form. When you receive our confirmation email after completing the electronic form (by selecting Submit), you will not need to fax or mail a paper copyright form.

CRITICAL: You must upload the final version of your source file and complete the copyright transfer no later than Friday 15 August, 2008 noon EDT. If you fail to comply, the paper will be dropped from the program.

NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE.
